Speed workout today. 400 x 5. My lungs felt like they were on fire! I know it will make me faster though, so I do love it. I have heard so many people say they think my heel pain is plantar fasciitis. I dismissed it because the pain wasn't on the bottom of my foot. However, I do fit every other symptom--most pain when crawling out of bed in the morning or after sitting for quite sometime or after standing all day (teaching). Any one have experience with this?? How do I fix it? I read to wear shoes with more cushion and stability so I dug my old Muzunos out of the closet. I also have been icing after each run. Ideas, thoughts, experiences welcome!
