Running Accomplishments:

I started running when I moved to Oregon in 2008.  When I first started, I couldn't even run to the end of my block!  I made it my goal to just run a little bit further each time.  Not too much time went by before I realized how much I loved the sport of running.  I signed up for my first 5k in April 2009. I have loved watching my speed and distance increase as the years have gone by.

The run itself felt oh so good this morning!  However, in logging this run 5 hours later, my foot is screaming!  SNAP!  What to do......what to do?  Dr. appt is not until Sept 14, almost halfway thru my training.  Just not sure how to proceed.  The mind says YES, the body is saying eerrcchh!!!  Grrrrr.
